He took money from my friend since over 4wks now and doesnt even reply him on icq. How can this be an allowed business ethics for someone called vendor? Of what use would the dumps be if supplied when the opps it was paid for is dead?. Its akin to a ripoff if a you tell buyers you have a bin you know you dont have and go ahead to collect a whooping wu of $1980 on it and begin to give excuses afterwards.
