I would not open a ripper report unless there was no other choice, but after 5 tickets and 5 useless replys form this guy I hav no other choice. The problem: I had a standing balance of $12.35 in my account. I added $8 to = $20.35 so that I could buy 1 UK fullz with a vlaue of $20 I purchased 1 card, ran thru the checker, it declined I got a refund - so I selected another card, checked it, declined. BUt this time my account was not credited. I now have a balance of $0.35 So I opened a ticket: Then: Then: No it bloody well wasnt! Then: How many bloody time do I have to send the info? Im not even asking for a refund, just credit on a card, that was completly invalid. Hopefully now there is an official report he will credit me.
