OK above is the most recent conversation, I have older logs which can be provided on request. Situation is as follows: He requested a hotel booking in San Andres, total amount payable to me was $490. I booked on the 8th for his clients stay on the 15th. I have done some work with him before so agreed to let him pay after check in as he was sceptical on the whole hotel thing. My mistake. 15th passed and the next time I heard from him, a few days later he told me the booking is cancelled. Now anyone that knows my work - BOOKINGS dont cancelled - I loose my booking account every 1-3 months and that is all. I could stay hotel for 1 month 1 booking and not cancel. He then tells me his client didnt try checking in on 15th, but the 16th. His client didnt notify the hotel of late arrival so to me this is an open and shut case as those who have stayed at hotels with any form of booking/payment MANY will cancel the booking if you dont show! Is this my problem? I have held up my end of the deal and expect payment, I would of rang the hotel myself if he had asked - no problem! I even went on further to email my travel supplier to find out more and got the response quoted in the chat above, I also checked the status of the booking which showed: ******** ******Jan 8, 2012Jan 15, 2012Finalized I have blocked out the name^ He client say booking cancelled on the 13th which is bullshit and impossible, as I spoke to suppliers via email and checked status. IMPOSSIBLE as I said for booking to cancel the way it was done. Everyone who has stayed at big hotels, even small hotels - whether they pay legit or illegal KNOWS that hotel will cancel the booking if customer does not turn up on check-in date. When I cant turn up or turning up late, I call hotel and tell them so no problems. You did not do this nor did you ask me to call them which I would of gladly done - instead you come with some excuse and treat me like an idiot.
I WAS the first to expose PASTOR and you do nothing, because they had no manager, now if you respond quickly NINJA, showing evidence of the HOTEL, if the client stayed or not?? same with this status do not think I believe, I do not care, before have helped me NOT

Medical, you are missing the point. It comes down to the fact that I provided the service and completed the deal on my side. The failure of it was down to your cousin carding a flight themselves, flight cancelling and then not being able to turn up on the check-in date therefore leaving the hotel to think that the guest is not turning up, cancelling the booking and possibly offering to someone else. This is STANDARD hotel procedure.
