What you posted only says that the shop is hacked and lots of information got exposed. All cards are dead means its been accessed by hackers.

CCStore.ru had been ddosed a few weeks ago when the increased their new US based price to $10. After that, the quality of cards just went down which says that their information got hacked.

Id say its hacked. If really the site was under FBI investigation, no one would have inside information or members information.

CCStore.ru was a good site, but looks like they didnt spend enough on security.
